Cars start their holiday five kilometres before the people do, in the car park in Täsch.
From Täsch the Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn ferries guests to Zermatt at 20-minute intervals.
A taxi service is also available on request.

Once you arrive in Zermatt, our historical horse-drawn carriage or hotel bus will bring you directly to the hotel.

Check-in is any time after 3 p.m. on the day of your arrival, and checkout is any time prior to 12 noon on the day of your departure.

The restaurant pass can be used in our three restaurants (including for room service), our two bars and all the Matterhorn Group restaurants. It costs CHF 90.00 per person (13 years and older), per day, with an effective value of CHF 100.00. For children aged 9 to 12, the pass costs CHF 45.00, with a credit value of CHF 55.00. For children up to the age of 8, only the meals and drinks consumed must be paid for. We are unable to provide a cash alternative should the restaurant pass remain unused. Any remaining credit will expire on the last day of the stay.
Our concierge would be pleased to help you to procure ski equipment, purchase tickets for activities and events, make dinner reservations, organise sightseeing tours and book ski instructors or mountain guides.
