La cérémonie des Fromages
Bernard Antony, the world’s most famous affineur is visiting the Zermatterhof and creates «La cérémonie des Fromages», an exquisite four-course menu with Heinz Rufibach. Since 1979, Bernard Antony has completely dedicated himself to cheese – in the cellars of France and Switzerland he matures his creations, each one under the right conditions of temperature and humidity. All year long, the “king of cheese” tends to his treasures – and in the Alpine Gourmet Prato Borni the selected cheeses are paired with their culinary and oenological counterparts. As an aperitif Heinz Rufibach and his brigade serve an Apéro riche and our patissier Tamás Szitás is responsible for the sweet final.
