We will spoil you with culinary themed menus which correspond to the season or which represent a typical country cuisine. Here is an example of a menu featuring Swiss and Valaisan cuisine.

Fendant white wine soup from the Valais with dried lamb
Oven-roasted saddle of Valaisan veal, mountain thyme jus,
cholera potato tart, glazed vegetables

We are also pleased to be able to offer you a «Flying Buffet», for example.
Served on handy plates, skewers, and spoons or even in cocktail glasses. Available for up to 80 people.

Marinated forest mushrooms with a herb salad, polenta from Tessin with truffles and parmesan, goat’s cream cheese with marinated beetroot, green asparagus with sesame and tomato, braised pumpkin with chestnuts, cauliflower crème brûlée with cress (CHF 6.– each) or saffron risotto with porcini (CHF 7.–).–)
Or sweet delights:
Strawberry gazpacho with yoghurt, cherries with cream cheese and strudel dough, Tahiti-vanilla panna cotta with raspberries, honey mousse with cardamom pear (CHF 5.– each) or fruit tartelette, white chocolate cream puff, milk chocolate crème brûlée (CHF 6.– each)
We do, of course, also offer superb fish and meat dishes.
